I have missed 2 days of my Plaquenil- I have questions! I am on plaquenil and have missed days when i first started them too, its not a bad thing. I take 400mg daily I actually am still taking plaquenil, and my rhuemy has told me to skip two days a week of taking them as plaquenil is supposed to build up in your system, and she says after a while that the patient needs to wean off of it.
