    Has anyone not been able to tolerate plaquenil. Has anyone not been able to tolerate plaquenil hydroxychloroquine and/or chloroquine - what have been your alternatives. which is the complete opposite of my normal personality. Luckily my normal Lupus symptoms are not very advanced yet so the DR. has me on 200mg 1x daily and after about 2.5months I seem to be handling that just fine.
